ALEXA DEWAR

Intentional Class Planning

In this workshop, we’ll break down how to set intentional goals for our classes, how to design series that build toward a specific outcome, so that we build programs where every choice has a clear why. By the end, you’ll have a practical framework you can use to design classes that feel cohesive, purposeful, and confident to teach. By planning with intention, we move beyond simply delivering exercises and begin crafting an experience that develops strength, awareness, and connection to the body.

Developing Your Critical Eye

Designed for teachers wanting to refine how they observe and respond to movement in a group reformer setting. If teaching feels like constant cueing, correcting, and searching for the “next” thing, this workshop offers a different approach — one grounded in curiosity and clarity. You’ll learn to move beyond simply watching exercises, and instead recognise patterns, compensations, and opportunities for more effective cueing and programming. At its core, this workshop is about developing curiosity, so you can teach with more clarity, less overwhelm, and greater impact. As Eve Gentry reminds us, “It’s not enough to just look, you have to see.”

ANESTI MANO

Athletic Reformer for Mixed Levels

Running a large group class doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. This workshop focuses on practical coaching strategies and two dynamic Athletic Flows designed to keep larger groups moving with intention while staying challenged and engaged. With a strong emphasis on movement, you’ll experience how to structure and deliver sessions that maintain energy, clarity and control, while learning how to command the room, hold focus, and get the most out of every participant, no matter the class size.

Our Educators

Our educators are at the forefront of evolving modern movement, guiding the progression of a range of different disciplines. Learn more about their journey as thought leaders in the industry.
